Administrative Adjudication Bill is signed by the Governor.
The Kane County Chronicle featured a story on the Administration Adjudication Bill that passed this year. This bill allows more local control for non-home rule municipalities. Lesli Melendy, Executive Director of Metro West was interviewed and stated, “No matter how big or small the town is – they know what’s best and should have same rights as large municipalities as far as local control.” Special thank you to Senator Don DeWitte and Representative Dan Ugaste who sponsored the legislation in the Senate and House respectively.
